Kermavio is less than three kilometres from Cléguérec and about eight kilometres from Pontivy, which puts us just about in the centre of Brittany.

Originally a farming hamlet, Kermavio now only has one operational arable farm. The other five properties are no longer directly connected with agriculture and are privately owned. The dwellings are clustered together and fields radiate away from them.

Kermavio is almost completely surrounded by trees although a break in them allows the stunning views across open fields to distant villages and tree-clad hills beyond to be seen from our award winning gardens. Ideal for the countryside lover, our corner of beautiful rural Brittany seems like returning to the peace and tranquillity of an England long since gone. If you want nightlife with a star studded cast, then simply step outside your gîte any evening and look up!
